Work together
Ways to work together
The Starting Map and the Business Review both start with a short, free call, to talk through what’s going on and check we’re a good fit. Then I take time to understand your situation before we dig in, so our working time can focus on the thinking, not catching me up on the background.
The External Brain is for people I’ve already worked with.
Whichever you choose, you can work in writing, by recording your thoughts, online or in person. If anything would make it easier for you, such as more time, a different format or larger text, just tell me.

The Starting Map
Bring the problem you think you have. Leave knowing what’s really going on.
For when something isn’t working, like pricing, bookings or direction, and you’d like to understand why before you change anything. The problem you bring is where we start. It often isn’t where we finish.
- A short, free call. To hear what’s going on and check the Starting Map is right for you.
- A short questionnaire, in your own time. Answer in writing or by recording your thoughts, whichever is easiest. You won’t need to share your accounts.
- Follow-up questions. To fill in the gaps and test what I’m noticing, with time to think before you answer.
- Your Starting Map. Person, value and business, mapped out and written up for you to keep.
- An honest recommendation. What to focus on next. We talk it through on a short call, or I can record it for you if you prefer.
If you go on to a Business Review, the £195 counts towards it, and the review builds on your map.
Once we’ve worked together
The External Brain
You don’t have to work through every business decision alone.
Ongoing support once we’ve worked together, giving you a trusted outside perspective as business questions and decisions come up.
We shape the rhythm and format together, around what you actually need. It’s a continuing thinking relationship, with clear limits we agree together.
